Growth Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in App Store and Google Play optimisation to enhance the visibility and performance of our mobile applications.

  • Localised for 30 languages

In this role, you will be responsible for our ASO strategy, conducting experiments, analysing performance and collaborating with product managers, designers and other marketing managers to maximise user acquisition and conversion rates.

This position is based in Prague (Czech Republic).

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analyses to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Optimise app metadata (title, keywords, descriptions, screenshots, preview videos) for different countries and languages.
  • Plan and manage A/B testing of creatives and store elements (videos, screenshots, descriptions).
  • Monitor app performance, rankings, and visibility using ASO tools.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers on app store updates.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play Store ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, MobileAction, etc.).
  • Experience running A/B tests and analysing user acquisition funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to create production-ready marketing copy and communicate efficiently in an international team.

Nice to have

  • Experience of paid user acquisition (Google Ads and Apple Search Ads).
  • Experience of working in the global market and localisation strategies.
  • Experience of working with weather apps.
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish or French would be an advantage.
