Reality check

Most of the weather data provided by meteoblue are simulations, because this is the most effective process to create a good approximation to reality.

To confirm the accuracy of these simulations, meteoblue offers continuous updates of measurement data, as well as observations.

The simulations we provide are continuously subject to verification.

Users can compare data quality by themselves, comparing our simulations to maps with measurements of temperature, cloud cover, and by checking the display on the front page: it will display an actual temperature recoding from a station nearby (unless there is a note stating “no observation”).
