Its products and services are designed for companies whose decisions depend on weather, as well as for users with a specific interest in weather. They are delivered via websites, applications, and specialised interfaces, and are currently used by customers in more than 100 countries.
Your Responsibilities
- Support CRM maintenance and data quality management
- Prepare quotations, customer documents and sales materials
- Conduct lead and account research
- Assist with customer follow-ups and contract renewal processes
- Handle and coordinate 1st and 2nd level customer support requests
- Document sales, support and operational processes
- Learn about meteoblue products, customers and B2B business processes
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team
- Help in various business projects
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme (from the 3rd or 4th semester onwards), preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B business, sales, customer support, operations and digital products
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are an advantage (especially Spanish or Portuguese)
- Confident user of digital tools, including Microsoft 365
