Tasks and responsibilities

  • Definition of business requirements for new product developments based on specific use cases
  • Support business development with product concepts & documentation
  • Define priorities during product development
  • Manage different phases (concept, launch-plan, phase-out) of product lifecycle
  • Track the latest market developments and competitive products by regularly participating in customer exchanges and trade fairs
  • Work closely with our customers to define their requirements, lead product co-developments, organisation and preparation of regular exchanges
  • Organise regular product trainings for internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including sales material, technical documentation and commercial product pages
  • Lead product testing in close collaboration with our IT department

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Meteorology), master's degree would be a plus
  • > 3 years of professional experience in product management, marketing and/or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word in particular)
  • Particular skills in prioritisation, time management and problem-solving
  • Open mindset with an interest in weather and meteorology, high willingness to learn new skills
  • Any knowledge in digital marketing, meteorology, agriculture or renewable energies would be a plus
  • Fluency in English and basic skills in German are required, additional language skills are appreciated
  • Team player with high reliability and motivation
